Tricia is extremely competent and professional. She writes really well – organized, factual, entertaining, and informational all at the same time. Her writing is simple and easy to understand too. She is a great leader as well. I mean, she is not the bossy type, but is more of a leader who knows how to listen. She is very easy and fun to work with.
